Whole or half lambs butchered, portion cut and delivered $18/kg dressed weight*
Whole lamb approx. 25kg
Half lamb approx. 12.5 kg
*The final amount is calculated on the dressed weight of your animal. Normally a lamb will yield 65-70% usable meat from dressed weight. This is what is portion packaged and in your fridge!
Once your animal’s weight is known, we will reimburse you if it is under the paid weight, or you will be invoiced if it is heavier.
